In week one, we’ll focus on identifying the habits that hold you back from creating change in your life, and how to move past them.
Week 2: Evolving Routines into Rituals
Once we’ve identified the habits that don’t serve us, we’ll move into bringing week one's awareness practice into the routines that do work in our lives.
Week 3: Doubling Down on Your Practice
To round out the reset, we’ll be taking a look at how we can go deeper. What would enhance your new practices so that you remain consistent and intentional?
Why Ritual Matters
Whether it’s your morning tea, an evening journal, or your curl care routine — the point isn’t what you do, but how you do it. Rituals turn habits into moments of connection with ourselves and others. They are also scientifically proven to reduce anxiety and improve performance by giving us a level of consistency and dependency.
We hope that by the end of these three weeks, you’ll have created a framework for yourself that feels aligned with what you wish for in your life.
