Items are eligible for return up to 14 days after delivery, unused. As a small brand, we're unable to offer returns for used products at this time. But if there is something wrong with your order, reach out to info@shirley-jane.com!
We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse returns to anyone who may misuse or abuse the policy.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order is lost or damaged, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Other than that we can not offer exchanges at this time.
